    工作内容:

    GENERAL DUTIES

    The Customer Service Representative supports the Sales Manager in business relationships by providing administrative assistance and order tracking for delivery of products. They constantly monitor customer satisfaction and guarantee that customers have a good experience and image of Naturex.

    MAIN ACTIVITIES:
    üMonitoring of customer relations
    -Manage all enquiries from customers 
    -Provide customer support or transfer requests from Sales Manager and other departments 
     
    üAdministrative management of customer relations
    -Send and receive business documents, mailing ...
    -Update and archive business information (customer records, business records, data products ...)
    -Save, track and transmit customer questionnaires and quality documents
    -Preparation of sales report and any other related document as requested by Sales Director
     
    üCommercial follow-up
    -Ensure full spectrum from order entry to invoicing
    -Follow up order and sample deliveries with the relevant departments (logistics, laboratory, samples ...)
    -Organize Returns due to customer complaints and edit credit notes

    SPECIFICS OF THE ROLE:
    Process all incoming orders 
    Liaise with Account Managers and overseas departments to ensure all orders are confirmed and despatched in an agreed time frame and to the customers’ expectations
    Correspond with the Logistics department regarding order despatch
    Communicate with the customer any order issues/delivery delays etc
    Process sample requests and customer complaint
    Liaise with the accounts department to ensure fapiao accuracy before mailing out
    Preparation of monthly sales report 
    Technical Administration support for the Account Managers
    Render support during exhibition with tasks such as brochure translation etc
